Who We Are
Rafi Margulies MRICS
PARTNER
After moving from London to Manchester in early 2013, Rafi started his career as a general practice Chartered Surveyor acting on behalf of property companies and private investors where he gained considerable experience is lease consultancy, asset management and valuation.
He then moved on to work at Metis Real Estate Advisors where he became an Associate Director, specialising in the acquisition and disposal of UK commercial real estate on behalf of UK institutions, private property companies, and HNW individuals.
PARTNER
Gav went on to hold the position of Director of Property & Asset Management at a high-profile real estate Development and Management company, responsible for overseeing high quality property & asset management services across diverse, complex, and challenging portfolios.
